During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

What is our protocol for photographs? Upon arrival, your cleaner will capture "before" images to document the initial condition. Upon completion of the cleaning, additional photographs will be taken to ensure optimal results. These images may be shared on our social media channel or website, but rest assured that any personal information will never be disclosed in these pictures. Our goal is to maintain professionalism and privacy at all times. *We reserve the right to utilize photos for promotional purposes and you will receive no remuneration for our use of your images.
There is no fee for cancellation if contacted 48 hours before scheduled date. If cancellation occurs within a 48 hour period there will be a $50 fee except in the case of extreme weather.
